ABTR has an invitation only email chat group established for our adopters, supporters, and friends to talk about their dogs, share photographs, laughter, tears and anything else their hearts desire to talk about. The name of the group is ABTRFRIENDS. That name ABTRFRIENDS is what sets the tone for this group. We are all friends who share a love of dogs.
Our discussions can be very varied and sometimes get quite lively. It is a very friendly and chatty group so we generate a lot of emails. We suggest that if you don't like your home or work inbox filled with emails that you either set your google account to send your email as digest (many emails in one email), no email and read it from the website, or set up a hotmail, gmail, yahoo mail account specifically for your ABTRFRIENDS emails.
If you have adopted a dog from us in the past, have supported us in the past in any of our various fundraisers, by donating anything to us for the dogs, or are a friend of a ABTRFriends member and wish to be invited to join the list, then please email SavingBostons@AmericanBostonTerrierRescue.org and tell us who you are, what dog you adopted, which ABTRfriend recommended our list to you or how you are an ABTRfriend.
ABTRfriends is a group that loves their dogs, support rescue efforts, and are truely interested in being friends. We love making new friends, both human and animal.
